This ascorbic acid vitamin C is used for colds, and prevention of heart disease and other chronic illnesses. This product may be too acidic for some people. Mouth sores or diarrhea could result. This product can be used if your urine pH is too high. Check your urine pH periodically and reduce vitamin C intake accordingly.
